  • Services: Banking services, including online banking, mobile banking, and other related products.
  • User: Any individual or entity utilizing our services.

2. Account Opening

2.1 Eligibility: To open an account, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
  • Provide valid identification and other required documents.

2.2 Verification: All accounts are subject to identity and compliance verification. We may refuse to open an account at our discretion.


3. Use of Services

7. Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.


8. Termination

8.1 By the Bank: We may terminate your account or restrict access to our services if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Your account is inactive for a prolonged period.

8.2 By the User: You may close your account at any time by providing written notice and settling any outstanding obligations.


9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or other channels. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the Nigerian courts
